You can choose to allow anonymous messages or require senders to identify themselves. This setting can be adjusted in your profile preferences at any time.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping varies by location, usually 7-14 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in original condition. Custom QR code items cannot be returned unless there's a manufacturing defect.
